Today photos have appeared online of a badly beaten Oksana ,showing a swollen ,bruised left side of her face. Earlier reports have stated that Oksana has reported to the police that Mel Gibson punched her in the face and head while holding the couples baby daughter during an argument that had taken place on January 6,2010 in the couples Malibu home.

The photos appear to show Oksana with a badly bruised and swollen face add those pictures in with the text messages,audio tapes that has clearly proven that Mel Gibson has some major anger issues and problems with alcohol and some written statement from both Oksana’s dentist and doctor and one could most likely bet that Mel Gibson could get some major jail time out of this battle.

Radaronline posted the photos of Oksana today and reported that they have information proving that the pictures were taken on January 7,2010 one day after Oksana claims that Mel hit and choked her.

Mel Gibson remains firm in his claims that he did not hit Oksana. There are some torn opinions on this case with the majority believing that Mel Gibson is more than capable of having committed this violent act of violence against Oksana,but there are also a few who believe that Oksana has been working to set Mel Gibson up for sometime claiming that she has somehow blown this case way out of proportion
